Who Can Join
Eligibility Requirements
To maintain the quality and integrity of our platform, all vendors must meet the following criteria before registering.
MSD Registered Supplier
You must be a current, verified supplier registered with the Ministry of Social Development (MSD). We verify your supplier number during registration.
Property Ownership or Authority
You must own the property or hold written authority to list it on behalf of the owner (e.g. property manager, real estate agency).
Compliance with Healthy Homes Standards
All listed properties must comply with the Healthy Homes Standards under the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.
Agreement to Platform Terms
Vendors must read and sign our Supplier Platform Agreement before any properties can be listed or tenants matched.

Sign Agreement
Read and sign our Supplier Platform Agreement and Terms & Conditions.

Submit your available properties. Our team reviews and approves listings within 24 hours.

Get Matched
We match your property with a suitable applicant. A small tenancy fee applies on each confirmed placement — full details available after registration.
